6xix Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Platform Use

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "6xix", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 6xix platform accessible at https://6xix.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the 6xix website, its software, games, betting markets, payment systems, and all related features and services made available to registered users.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual following successful completion of the registration process on the Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a user on any game, sporting event, or other betting market available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a user's account as part of a promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are authorised.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-serve account controls including deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion facilities available to all registered users.

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to a statute or statutory provision include any modification or re-enactment thereof.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, request its closure by contacting support at [email protected].

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 6xix with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. 6xix takes its age restriction obligations seriously and will not knowingly allow minors to access or use the Platform in any capacity.

3.2 KYC Age Verification

All users are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation required includes, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and, where requested, proof of address. 6xix reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. 6xix makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in all jurisdictions. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is at the user's own risk and responsibility.

3.4 Underage Access Suspension

Where 6xix has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under the minimum age requirement, the Account will be immediately suspended pending identity verification. Any funds associated with an Account found to belong to a minor will be returned after deducting any winnings derived from that Account, and the matter may be escalated to the relevant authorities.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold a single registered Account on the Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are detected, 6xix reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonuses.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep that information updated throughout the lifetime of your Account. Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Ownership

Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to access or operate your Account. 6xix does not recognise transfers of account ownership under any circumstances.

4.4 Corporate and Professional Accounts

Accounts opened on behalf of a corporation, syndicate, or professional betting organisation require prior written approval from 6xix. Approval is at 6xix's sole discretion and subject to additional terms and verification requirements.

5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.

6xix will never contact you via any channel (email, SMS, telephone, or social media) to request your password, OTP code, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from 6xix that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected].

You must notify 6xix immediately if you believe your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation. 6xix will investigate such reports promptly and may temporarily suspend your Account during the investigation period for your protection. 6xix accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

6xix currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT. 6xix reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits are published within the payments section of the Platform and are subject to change. VIP tier members may benefit from elevated withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into your Account and are registered in your name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are indicated within the Platform at the time of the withdrawal request.

6.4 Transaction Fees

6xix does not charge internal platform fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider or banking institution may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond 6xix's control. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your chosen payment method.

6.5 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagers are denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳). 6xix does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Where a payment is received in a foreign currency, it will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotions, bonuses, and free bet offers issued by 6xix are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. These promotion-specific terms supplement and, where applicable, override these general Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers to be completed before withdrawal. Wagering contributions from different game categories vary and are published in the promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

6xix reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using prohibited betting strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinated activity across multiple users to exploit a promotion.

7.4 Promotion Changes

6xix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion, bonus offer, or loyalty programme at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes to an active bonus will not affect any bonus funds already credited to your Account at the time of the change, unless the change is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets

All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including selection, stake, and market — before confirming. 6xix will not cancel or reverse a correctly placed bet except in circumstances explicitly covered by these Terms or the specific rules of the game or market in question.

8.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your Account balance in the following circumstances: the event was cancelled or abandoned; the bet was placed after an event's official result had already been determined; there was a manifest error in odds or pricing; or the market rules specify a void condition that has been met.

8.3 Game Fairness

All RNG-based casino games on the Platform use certified random number generators and are sourced exclusively from audited third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term statistical return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed from professional studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, using physical cards, wheels, and other equipment. Live game rules specific to each title are displayed within the game interface. Connection interruptions caused by your internet service provider or device do not entitle you to a refund of a placed bet.

8.5 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an obvious and palpable mistake in odds, payouts, or game rules — 6xix reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. 6xix's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final and binding.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts to circumvent restrictions, access duplicate bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or access games.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or loopholes to obtain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity that compromises the integrity of any sporting event or casino game available on the Platform.
• Attempting to launder funds or using the Platform in connection with any financial crime, including money laundering or fraud.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account.
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law without disclosing this fact.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 6xix staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel.

Where 6xix determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bets, cancel all bonuses, withhold all account balances, close the Account, and report the matter to the relevant financial or law enforcement authorities.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 6xix brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 6xix or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; use the 6xix brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent; or create derivative works from any Platform content.

11 Privacy & Data

6xix collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6xix employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmission, uses hashed and salted storage for passwords, and does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent. 12 Responsible Gaming

6xix is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21. 6xix provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period before activation.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders at defined intervals to help you track the time spent on the Platform during any single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.

13 Limitation of Liability

6xix's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6xix does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on the devices you use to access the Platform.

14 Termination & Suspension

14.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14.2 Suspension or Termination by 6xix

6xix reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; a self-exclusion request; or any other reason that 6xix, in its sole discretion, determines warrants account action.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account by 6xix for cause, 6xix reserves the right to withhold all or part of your Account balance where it represents proceeds of prohibited conduct, fraud, or bonus abuse. All obligations and liabilities that have accrued prior to termination shall survive the termination of these Terms.

15 Amendments to These Terms

6xix reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 6xix will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 7 days from the date of notification for material changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 6xix Platform. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
